Where we work
Gutter, Soffit & Fascia Service Areas in Southwest Florida
CKJ Construction is based in Cape Coral and serves Lee, Collier, Charlotte and Sarasota counties. Our crews install and repair seamless 6" and 7" gutters, gutter guards and soffit & fascia across Southwest Florida, from canal-front homes in Cape Coral to new builds in Lehigh Acres and historic properties in Fort Myers.
Every city we serve gets the same licensed and insured crew, the same on-site seamless gutter forming and the same free, no-obligation written estimate. Pick your city below to see what homes there typically need, or call us if your town is not listed.
When requesting an estimate, share your property address, roof type and the issue you have noticed. Photos of overflowing runs, damaged fascia or missing soffit panels can help focus the visit. We review the roof edge and drainage layout before recommending repairs or replacement, so your written scope reflects the needs of your property.
